[li] The most accurate and reliable way to predict the future for all precognition users, and the least harmful. When Lucian sleeps, he can predict the future through his dreams much like Lyre can. Though he is able to focus on specific people and events should he choose to. Depending on how much sleep he gets, depends on how far he can see into the future. The less sleep, the less he can predict.[/li][/ul]
[li] A method much more developed than Lyre's, with this Lucian is able to predict certain events at will by focusing on areas. Unlike Lyre though, he can predict exactly when this takes place but at a price. Through years of his advanced precognition skills, this particular trance ability may cause bleeding from his nose or major migraines if used for too long or too frequently. [/li][/ul]
[li] Lucian can predict danger much like Lyre can, by peering into the future that threatens to harm him and informing him exactly when and where. Though unlike Lyre's, he does not 'freeze up' and can move at will while predicting these things. Though he is still temporarily 'blinded' because he is peering into the future. As a child he ran into several walls when attempting to develop this ability. Not that he would admit, and again this is an ability he has absolutely no control over, and only comes should the future where he is hold danger for him.[/li][/ul]
[li] When Lucian was younger, he had the ability to predict the movements of people before they happened. Making him an exceptional fighter and a force to be reckoned with, but as he's gotten older and his ability has taken it's toll on his physical well being. So while he can predict the movements if he desires, if he is slower then his opponent the best he can do is try to block but even then it's basically just watching what's happening to you in slow motion. This ability also has a major strain on the brain, causing nose bleeds and even headaches so severe if activated too long that force him to black out.[/li][/ul]
Non-Mutant Skills -
[li] Lucian from the time he was a small child endured much training with many different martial arts teachers in an attempt to form an all around fighting style. With his predictive movement at a previous time, it made him a force to be reckoned with. But as it stands today, prolonged use of his predictive movement ability while fighting hinders him more often then not. Causing nosebleeds and severe migraines. In an attempt to avoid this, he tries to stay back and as far away from his opponent as possible, though as long as he doesn't use his predictive movement, he's still an exceptional up close fighter.[/li][/ul]
[li] In an attempt to cover up his weakening in hand to hand combat with an opponent that outmatches him, he's taken up marksmanship and usually always carries a gun strapped to the inside of his suit if he's wearing that, or tucked in to the back of his pants.[/li][/ul] [/blockquote]

Lucian has an incredible poker face and an intimidating stature when he wants. He's also charming and seductive when need be. Lucian has many different faces for practically all situations, and has managed to manipulate dozens to hundreds of people to do as he wishes by simply turning the way they think around. He'll act like your best friend, while attempting to brain wash you into believing exactly what he wants you to believe.[/ul]
While this can be taken both ways, Lucian is fairly honest if he's not attempting to manipulate you. He'll tell you exactly how he sees things and how he sees you no matter how brutal it is, he's not one to hold back the truth if he feels the person deserves to know.[/ul]
When it comes to things he owns, or certain people like family and his recently discovered little sister Lyre. Lucian is extremely possessive of them, doing whatever it takes to keep those he doesn't want around, out, and keeping whatever and whoever away from pretty much anyone else.[/ul]
Lucian rarely loses his temper, unless it has something to do with something he's possessive over. Lucian's poker face is anything but fake, he simply does not care for much in general and rarely anything seems to surprise him, especially given his ability. He's calm in almost every situation and lets most things roll right off his shoulders.[/ul]
A trait he shares with his half-sister Lyre, although he isn't critical of himself. He defiantly holds others up to a standard that if they simply cannot meet then they just aren't worth his time. He expects things done exactly how he wants them, so if you don't ask and go about it wrong you simply aren't worth his time. After all, to avoid failure you should have had all the information before you attempted the task. Right?[/ul]
Lucian despite it all, enjoys the simple things like reading. If he's not busy managing over dozens of people who work under him, he can be found somewhere reading or simply gazing out the window. It's a private time for him, so most people don't know or catch him 'day dreaming' though he would never call it that.[/ul]
It doesn't matter how many times you apologize to the man, if you have wronged him in any way he simply does not want you around. You can work for him as long as you still prove yourself useful to his cause, but he simply will not let up on any harsh treatment, and should you have wronged him so greatly it affected his status. Well, your body probably won't be found any time soon.[/ul]
Most believe with good reason because of his demeanor that Lucian is an abusive and an uncaring being. And while most of it is true, Lucian is surprisingly gentle to those he secretly cares for. Though most would think otherwise with his hardened glare and actions, he usually has the best intention in mind for those he cares about. Even when his actions speak otherwise, it's only to try and better the person.[/ul]
Lucian really doesn't care if you're the nicest or most loyal person to him. If you're human he simply does not like you, he will remain civil but often gives off an air of arrogance around regular people. It doesn't matter what you look like or how you act, or who you're associated with, you're human and therefore he believes you are less. [/ul]
His cunning has gotten him far up the corporate latter as well as the underground one. His ability allows him to predict the stock markets influx and decline and react accordingly, he's an intelligent man who tries to play his cards right to get the best out of whatever situation is thrown at him.[/ul]
It takes a disturbed person to do what he's done to get where he's at without batting an eyelash. From poisoning people to murdering families and children, he has done most of it.[/ul]
Lucian knows exactly what he wants and what it takes to get it. He won't back down from getting to his goal no matter how difficult it is.[/ul] [/blockquote]

Lucian was one the only child that Diana kept after giving birth. She was a proud woman who stood at 5'6" and carried blond hair so light it was almost white. Diana found out about her ability when she was fourteen, and spent her time figuring it out and developing her ability, focused on mastering it. At twenty with her ability practically mastered she put all her effort into investing and the stock market where she got rich quite quickly and made quite a name for herself. At twenty three, she had her first child which she gave away to a small family outside the city, at twenty five she had another which she gave away as well. Of course, no one ever knew about the pregnancies or anything about giving the children away or what goal she had in mind. Diana was a goal driven woman, and with a genetic mutation like hers, she wasn't about to let it die out. Determined to have children fill her place, she had many and Lucian was born when she was thirty-two.
Lucian lived in a big house, and was taken care of by many maids who were strict with etiquette and mannerism as well as helping develop his ability when it manifested in his early years. He was a smart child and learned quickly and never really stood out too much. He developed his ability quickly to his mothers delight, as it seemed the only way to please the woman.
At age ten, Diana took it personally to train him in many other ways to use his precognition and trained him early on how to predict stocks and investments. All the while, to keep him happy she hired and got him anything he desired and never really said no. So Lucian learned many forms of martial arts, the piano and many other small skills, he continued to grow more and more selfish in his desires and what he wanted. Though he saw less and less of her that year for unknown reasons she continued to provide him with anything he wanted. So when she returned several months later from a business trip and she started telling him no, he took it personally and threw tantrums and eventually they got so terrible he would destroy things in the rooms he was in.
In an attempt to control her child, at age fourteen she enlisted him in a correctional boot camp where he was forcefully taken from his home and spent the next three years returning to. At seventeen he decided to join the military to spend time away from his mother who he felt betrayed by for continuing to throw him back to the hellish correctional camp, where he tried to make several escapes and even made it as far as a city once. While Diana was not pleased with this turn of events, she allowed him to join the military if that was what he desired, hoping that it would help him.
He was a fast learner and even more exceptional on the battle field, calling him a prodigy even though in some sense he could be considered cheating by using his ability. This was around the time he had developed his predictive movement ability and utilized it fully. Unaware of the future repercussions it would eventually take on his body. At twenty-four he was eventually discharged from the military for showing instability and little regard for his own teammates and enemies a like. So with the discharge he returned home and eventually was suited up to take over his mothers 'business' which was really just proper investment and watching on her part. Lucian eventually went on to invest in a place that much surprised everyone, a correctional facility for prisoners and gang members.
Though, it was merely a guise to keep the truth from most. The place could be dubbed as a hellish nightmare, while it does provide work opportunities inside the building, and pay to help support whatever family they may have. A lot more goes on under the surface than meets the eye, the facility has many forms of torture and many ways to brainwash all those who are there. With investments in medical advancement and pharmacies who provide the medication under the table to test them out. Some of the people there don't even remember their own name, and have been given names and Lucian takes delight in pretending to be their only link to family. Sure enough most of them become so warped and blindly loyal that they'd take a bullet for the man who put them in that position in the first place, without thinking twice.
For others twisted like himself, they work as a medical team or staff to control and outbursts from any of the patients and were not restricted on any means to punish them. A lot of them were twisted in many ways that Lucian was, and some of them were pharmacists and others were scientists attempting to develop drugs and other things to help better 'control' people. They were all kept hidden and documents were forged to fake ones while the real ones were hidden somewhere else, that only Lucian was privy to the knowledge of. As the facility grew, he eventually allowed release to some patients watching them closely on how they react in society, and was pleased to note not many of them did well without commands or being told what to do. So in an act of mercy he stumbled back upon them and 'hired' them for his own means. They dealt in black market trading, and murder among other things without batting and eye and never questioning the morale of what they were doing.
When Lucian turned twenty-eight, he found out that his mother had fallen ill. Though he very well knew the reasons as he was experiencing similar setbacks that he was refusing to acknowledge. He visited her and ended up staying and taking care of the woman, all while leaving someone to handle the dirty business he was looking over. Diana was pleased that her son had come back to take care of her, had discussed with him the repercussions of their ability in hushed whispers and eventually told him that he had siblings. To say he was surprised that he found out he was no longer and only child was an understatement, and he soon began to question about his siblings with an eager curiosity that Diana grew wary of but didn't think much of it in her deteriorating health. She talked of many siblings and how she gave them away to families with the bargains in tack. Why there were several bank accounts that transferred to people unknown that he had inquired about many years earlier.
One particular siblings caught his interest, a family had decided to keep her but Diana exclaimed seeing that her daughter was predicting things and trying to warn them. How she was angry at the parents of whom she gave her child to, to go back on their deal. How she would have liked to meet her and asked if Lucian would be willing to find and bring her back.
Lucian on the other hand was anything but pleasant about being kept from his siblings. For being lied to and now all the puzzle pieces were clicking into place, he now knew why his mother disappeared for months at a time. In order to have siblings of his and give them away to families. His siblings, given away as if they were pieces of equipment to be borrowed and traded off. She stuck him in correctional facilities while lying to him about everything else. Lucian was absolutely livid, and his mother sat terrified at her bedside while her only son she bothered to keep pointed a gun at point blank range to her face. Stating that if he never got to meet his siblings, especially the precognition user which she seemed so highly in wanting to see, then she would never see her again either.
Lucian spent that year burying his mother in the back of some unknown grave plot to be lost and forgotten, while searching for this one younger sibling who shared their ability. With absolutely no records or pictures to find within the home, it required extensive search and help from many of his 'employees'. Eventually coming to find a year later that his dear sweet sister, Lyre Maybridge, had run away from home and was living in some run down apartment in some foul neighborhood. So with much delight, he made arrangements to have his correctional facility moved to that city, and eagerly awaits his future meeting with his adorable little sister.

Predictive Movement -Health -
- While Lucian can predict the movements of others, the reality of it would probably be he can perceive and dodge one or two attacks from another character per thread. Before his ability back fires.
- Lucian has suffered major consequences of his advanced precognition ability. With a brain tumor once removed, that he kept strictly off the record, he suffers nosebleeds and minor to severe headaches when using predictive movement and trance for too long of a period or too frequently. Predictive movement can backfire costly at him if he is unable to take his opponent out quickly with it, causing the nose bleed and a migraine so severe he will literally black out.
