Fabian Paradis' Apartment

A particularly unattractive hovel in the downtown area, this apartment is perfect for that highschool graduate on a budget, severely lacking as it is in anything other than the bare necessities, all of which have been crammed into the small amount of space available in the 2-roomed residence. One room serves as the bathroom, complete with toilet, shower and no sink, which is as filthy as the rest if the apartment due to the current resident's complete and utter laziness, while the other is the miniscule kitchen area that is home to the only sink on the premesis, complete with a couch with a pull-out bed, the world's largest supply of XBox 360 games, TV, laptop and a severe lack of any form of dining table, or any table whatsoever.
