He is a second generation Operator. Better training, behavior modification, and far mor mission oriented then the previous gen. His martial artistry extends beyond standard training. His art is the anti art, focusing on counter attacks and adaptation, it changes with every move learned from a new opponent. A new feature presented in the new model is acute adrenal response. He can spike his adrenaline levels at will and still maintain 78% mental/tactical efficiency. He is resistant to mind control, hypnosis, and psychic reading but one can push through with enough effort. His athleticism is perfectly balanced between speed, strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination. Up close he's dangerous, armed with almost anything he is lethal. ✖ Personality Unlike previous generations he has been stilled. A process that severely deficits his emotions. He feels, but has been conditioned not to respond, even on a physical level. By all appearances he feels no fear, pain, nervousness, lust, or anything that may be considered a hindrance to the mission. He is capable of feeling all emotions and responses but on a deep level of otherwise unused awareness. This is his only real mental weakness in non mutant power form. If one can tap into his psyche on that level he is easily manipulated and/or compromised. He has a love of birds and is excellent with two needles and yarn. ✖ History Born and raised in Oceanside, California. Average childhood with a family of average means, his upbringing is unremarkable. At 18 he joined the Army, went Green Beret, and excelled at it. The usual prerequisite for any Operator. He deployed once. His squad was hit hard by a complex ambush and he was left alone to evade and survive for three months. He was retrieved otherwise unharmed save for the shrapnel scars coating the right side of his body. He was awarded the silver star and purple heart. He was given the chance to end his service but opted to finish his contract. To a man like Rook there just isn't another option. At 21 he was approached by the DNCS. He was promised the world and bought into the lie like so many before him. He signed his papers, lost his identity, was given a new one and never looked back. 2 years and 4 months later he was turned over to Dr. Stark, the first of his kind.
