Koko can transform into a little chibi for of herself, about a foot high. In this form, she can easily open her white wings and fly (duh). She can also preform powerful healing by touching the person, but only in a rather vulnerable foot-high form. Okay, well, technically she can open her wings in her larger form as well as healing, but trying makes her pass out from the pain. Perhaps if she could figure out how to ease the pain. In the chibi form, it doesn't hurt at all. However, being a foot tall makes you rather vulnerable. Oh, and she tends to go chibi when her emotions are on overload. ✖ Personality Koko is very naive and trusting. She believes almost everything she is told, and is easily manipulated. She is also a kind soul, never believing that anyone would want to hurt anyone else. She gets frustrated easily, however, when she is made fun of or such. Her naive nature makes her also a little ignorant, as she doesn't know much about the world. She has always been sheltered a bit too much, and this results in her having no clue how to act. She can also be spacey, and tends to talk in a rather non sequitur way. She acts younger than her age a lot as well, and is easily upset by pushing her just right. ✖ History When Koko's rich parents were wed, they became followed people. Her parents had no idea, but since their parents were children during the virus disaster, they had dormant mutant genes. They never knew that they had been observed. They were now observed even more closely, due to the chance of a mutant child. And so, when Mrs, Thimes gave birth to Koko, the government put a permanent tail on her. The baby was small, and had larger eyes than normal, but no one noticed, and she grew out of it. Koko grew up in a mansions. The first one was a lovely one on Captiva island. Her parents hired a private tutor for her, and she began learning many things, just not that well. She was very much an average student, but that's okay, because her parents really just wanted to use her for money and influence. They were annoying, scheming people, the sort of people no one likes and are only ever accompanied by other heartless, dirty people, also scheming for money. Captiva island's house soon fell, however, to Hurricane Charley, so when Koko was six, they moved. There was a lot outside of a city called Endonia, and they built a spectacularly expensive home there. Koko, a kind girl who was too trusting, grew up for the rest of her time there, with cold parents who would send her along to rich bratty girls and boys who lived with influencial people. These people made the blonde cry, but she was forced to hang out with them. Apparently, those not in the upper class were bad for your health, according to her parents. She was ten when it began. One day, she was in her room at night. It was so late, the government surveillance was away. Her father had dropped a glass earlier that day, but, being a snob, simply told everyone to avoid it and had expected the maid to clean it up. Her dog, however, somehow got in the room and yelped loudly as he deeply sliced his foot. Terrified, Koko tried to get her parents, but they wouldn't listen. She placed her hand on him, and a shot of pain passed through her. Her dog was healed, but her wail reawaken her parents. They found her lying on the glass, a few white feathers around her, her body cut up from when she had passed out. She had to have many stitches, but thankfully the only scars were in places no one saw. Koko no longer touches people much because of this, as pain will shoot through her if the person has any injuries, and her power will uncontrolably open her wings and heal the other person. The government noticed the incident, but couldn't make heads or tails of it, as all they saw was the cut up girl during the emergency room visit. Her parents became somewhat frightened, as they had seen the dog's paw, which has a thin scar where Koko healed him. For two an a half years, her power remained in this half state. About three months after Koko turned thirteen, DNA within her stirred again, shifting ever so slightly. One day, a violent forced 'friend' of hers became angry that she had broken a chess set of his. It hadn't been her fault, as the boy had tripped her purposefully, and she had fallen into it. Still in pain, upset, and sad, she suddenly gained the last portion of her power: she shrunk down to a cute chibi version of herself ans flew away on her wings to escape. Once outside, she transformed back into herself, having quickly figured out how to change size by will. However, the pain of having her wings open while larger hot her, and she tumbled to the ground. Instantly, to protect herself, she transformed back into a chibi form. Then, something hit her head, and she blacked out. When Koko awoke, she kind herself in chibi form inside of a birdcage. The government had seen that stunt, and she had been captured. Afraid to transform back to normal size again due to the size of the tiny birdcage and completely not capable of unlocking it or anything due to her limited abilities in her smaller form, she resigned herself to do whatever her kidnappers asked of her. The car with her cage in the back drive into a heavily secured complex known as the Department of Nonhuman Corrective Services, and something in her pure, kind heart dropped... ✖ Example Look at Gianna.
