✖ History Felcia was adopted by her father when she was five, who just found her wandering alone, following a particularly fluffy cat. Upon questioning, she had no relations and no adult figures in her life. Following their hilarious conversation, he took her in for a month while trying to find any relatives who might be looking for her. During that time he immediately fell for the little girl’s rambunctious charms, and decided that the adoption would be permanent. After a year filled with many complicated court cases (during which Felcia stayed at home with her soon-to-be father), he was finally able to adopt her. The two have been moving from apartment to apartment as her father tries to find a more stable job. They moved into a new apartment in this city about a month ago where her father works in a paper copying store, and Felcia is super excited to live here because it’s where her father’s best friend and her adoptive uncle, Mondo, lives. Felcia has known Mondo for almost as long as she’s known her father. Mondo is known for being almost seven feet tall and for having a personality not unlike a giant teddy bear, and he is definitely Felcia’s best friend too.
