Friends:
Amita has a love/hate relationship with people in general. Sometimes she likes to be left alone for months at a time, and at other times she loves being around others and can't get enough of them. She is usually the later, unless she is going through a hard time. When Amita was in her Junior year of high school, her single mother passed away. Because of this, Amita distanced herself from all of her high school friends. This made it easier for her to leave town and roam by herself. The only person she has encountered from her home town since she graduated was her teacher.
If you are a mutant, Amita will instantly find a connection with you, no matter what your power is. As of yet, Amita hasn't found any satisfactory answers to why she has powers, and so she will ask you all sorts of questions. She's typically quiet, and she often makes strange metaphors or analogies about herself and life. She smiles at everyone and tends to laugh randomly and loudly. She likes thinking: problem solving, being philosophical, or creative, Amita will always have something strange to say that most people won't understand. She is often caught day-dreaming, and will sometimes get caught up in her own thoughts halfway through a conversation and forget that she is actually talking to someone. She is always open-minded, and will receive anyone with open arms. She is not judgmental at all.
She is constantly on the move, trying to find where she fits in the world, so there are plenty of opportunities for you to run into her!
Enemies:
Amita is a lover and not a fighter. She absolutely hates it when people get hurt. She has not had a single "enemy" in her life, unless you count a few people in middle school who teased her. Over the years she has developed a thick skin to these comments, and she would have a high self esteem if she wasn't worried all the time about people finding out her powers and calling her a freak.
She hasn't, however, run into any hunters or government officials yet, so we'll see how she reacts to them. Should be interesting, yes? ;) I get the feeling that she would have a hard time believing anyone would actually want to hurt her or other mutants. Amita has a big heart and has a hard time finding flaws in people, so there is plenty of room for drama there.
Lovers:
Amita had a small relationship in Junior High that sunk because the boy she was with decided that she was "too much of a freak" for him... and he didn't even know about her power! Going through adolescence was an emotional roller coaster for Amita, and having a big, easily hurt heart, all throughout her schooling she didn't suppose she'd ever be in a relationship again.
There is one prospect however... ;) She met another mutant recently, and she is quite attracted to him. Not in a sexual sense: Amita has little to no sex drive at all. She looks for relationships purely on character and personality...but if you are particularly good looking, she won't turn a blind eye to that either. She can definitely tell when someone is attractive, she just doesn't care if you are or not. Now with this boy she has met, nothing has yet happened, but the boy's creator and I are cackling over a cauldron with glee as we mix up a relationship for Amita and *cough* I'm not sure if I should reveal who it is or not yet. Ah well, c'est la vie.

Amita likes the Cinnabon and parks. 'Nuff said.
