[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width, 500px] [atrb=style,border-top: 10px solid #4477aa;background-color: #222222;] 17 ✖ Female ✖ Bisexual ✖ Human
✖Power/Ability While she isn’t a Mutant and as such has no “special” powers Ada does has a level of skill in most forms of pole-based combat that is at least close to mastery level, from a simple Staff to weapons such as Naginata. Generally it’s not a good idea if Ada perceives you as her enemy to be anywhere near her when she has such a weapon.
In terms of speed, strength, reflexes and flexibility Ada is somewhat above average. She’d never be able to contend with someone who has focused on training themselves but she’s more then capable of handling herself, even if she doesn’t have a pole weapon with her at the time. ✖ Personality Ada is an energetic girl, by no stretch of the word, and finds it hard to stay still at any point of time. Every part of her seems to be completely active all the time, mind and body, and many find it tiring just being around her. It doesn’t take much to make Ada happy, in fact there are few times when she hasn’t got a smile upon her face, and she does her best to make everyone around her happy at the same time.
In fact Ada is almost obsessed in controlling the world around her. If she sees a problem she believes that it’s her duty to fix said problem, even if she knows no one involved or has absolutely nothing to do with it. She’s over overbearing, thinking everything is her business, to the point where many people find her incredibly annoying for it and try to avoid her.
Ada can’t take the thought of failure, or being useless. She fears any sensation of helplessness, from being unable to help someone to having no control of her own life. It’s the primary reason why she tries to help anyone and everyone, even if they don’t want any help. She has no knowledge of her own limits, or at least ignores them, and as such when she gets involved in something she will continue past the point where it would be safe. Some would call it determination, others idiotic obsession, but Ada cares not of what people think of her.
✖ History Ada was born into a relatively normal family as the second child of three. She grew up fairly normal too, having no great problems in her life, and was fairly happy with it. Every so often when she was younger she was told to walk her younger brother, Jack, home with her from School because her older sister was in a school too far away and her parents sometimes were unable to pick him up. For most of the time Ada did walk him home, but every so often she would ignore her parent’s requests and stay with her friends for some extra time.
It was on one of these days that an accident happened when Jack was walking home, leaving the young boy paralyzed from the waist down. For obvious reasons Ada blamed herself for the incident, believing her denial of her responsibilities to be the one and only cause for what happened to Jack. Since that day Ada had always been protective, perhaps overly so, of her little Brother.
As Ada got older she started to notice other problems everywhere that she could help with, and began to feel like she was the sole person responsible for making sure everything was alright for everyone. She’d began to help people all the time most being well-received, though every now and again people would lash out against her. Not that Ada cared, she just kept helping them despite it. It only made her more determined.
Ada eventually noticed her new... Tendancy to get into fights, usually with physically stronger people, due to her "obligation" to help people and decided that she would be able to help people more if she trained herself. She began a strict regiment of training, spending most of her time when she wasn't helping other people practicing her skills and becoming faster and stronger.
Hearing about recent Teenage disappearance Ada has been keeping an eye out for pretty much everyone she knows of her own age, leading her to becoming even worse then she was before. Due to her overbearing attitude she finds herself not really having that many friends, most people getting annoyed easily, but she doesn’t much care as long as people are fine and safe. ✖ Example From another site. Basically "Zelophehad" is a kid who is unable to feel emotion because of medication he takes, but if he stops taking it he goes insane. When he previously stopped taking it he ripped his own eye out. That's about as much as I can go into it without getting complicated.
Zelophehad stared into his bathroom mirror quietly, particularly at the reflection of his ruined eye. His eye-patch was off, showing the hideous scarring that had been their for as long as he remembered. It was a constant reminder of the fact he would never be normal. And yet, he did not feel upset by this. Or at least he didn't think he did. Wasn't this the type of thing people were supposed to feel upset about? He sighed deeply as his eye turned to the pills on the sink. Ah yes, he remembered now. That was why he didn't feel upset.
They were the very bane of his selfness, and at the very same time the only thing that stopped it from being chaos. He picked one up and swallowed it with a handful of water to aid it on it's way down. What would happen when he ran out? They wouldn't make them forever, eventually he'd be forgotten and his parents wouldn't have a say. Would he die?
Ah, he didn't care. He had time, no use spent fighting the inevitable. Fighting against something that couldn't be stopped. Life had taught him to enjoy the time that lasted, and that was what he'd do. As opposed to dwelling on his doom, at least. He heard the oh-so-familiar cry of his parents to send him off to school and put on his eye-patch, grabbing his fedora before walking out of the bathroom. He looked back at the mirror for a moment, you could hardly see the eye-patch. Good.
--- He sat down on a bench, looking out blankly. Yet again he sat alone. Depressing. Or so he thought he should be, he didn't actually feel as such. He heard someone walking over to him, sitting next to him. He could almost feel their stare at the side of his head, watching them. He was glad for the company. "I like you hat." They said. How nice of them, to compliment him. He looked at the person, which he could now tell was a male, with a blank expression and opened his mouth. "Thank you." He said, his tone calm as ever. Almost eerily so.
"It's mine now." The male said as he quickly grabbed Zelophehad's fedora and pulled it off, jumping behind the bench as he did. Zelo's eyepatch was revealed to everyone, and the theif laughed at him. "Was that what you were hiding? Ha! I bet you're some kind of cripple!" Zelo shook his head. "I do not believe cripple would be the right word..." He said as he stood up and turned around. "Alas, I would like my fedora back please."
The male theif merely scoffed in response. "Like fuck would I give you it back, it's mine now remember?" He chuckled as he twirled it around on his finger before placing it on his head, though it appeared to be a bit big for it. "That is very mean. Please give it back. I find it to be important. It appears to be too big for your head, anyway." He pointed out, though the theif seemed to take this as some kind of insult.
"You callin' me stupid, cripple?!" He shouted, as Zelophehad sighed. "I told you, cripple is not the right word. And I didn't call you stu-" The theif threw the hat away, and spat in Zelophehad's direction. "Ah whatever, like I give a fuck!"
Zelo nodded his head with a quick and quiet "Thank you." Before he went over to pick up the hat, brushing dirt off it after he was done. So sad, he thought he had made a friend for a moment... This character is played by Sasa
