[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width, 500px] [atrb=style,border-top: 10px solid #4477aa;background-color: #222222;] SHINSUKE DAISUKI. 19 ✖ MALE ✖ HETEROSEXUAL ✖ MUTANT ✖Power/Ability ATOMIC TRANSMUTATION: Atomic Transmutation or Atomic Transmogrification, in which one rearranges the atoms of objects to turn a substance into another substance entirely, such as turning lead to gold or water to diamond. His ability has limits and is very taxing on his body. For example, he can change a cup of water into a cup of his favorite beverage easily at the blink of an eye. If he's quick enough, he can turn incoming bullets into dust or falling debris into water. But the larger the object is, the closer he has to be to it, the largest items he can transmute so far are buses, and he has to be in physical contact. He can also affect human being's atomical structure, but he has to make physical contact with the area he is modifying. For example, he could heal a wound, or turn your blood to glass. ✖ Personality Shinsuke is a laid back "cool cat". He likes to play it cool and not let emotions get the best of him. He is also very lazy, only taking action when it affects his way of life. His favorite style of music is instrumental hip hop, he always has headphones with audible beats booming in a rhythmic pattern. His favorite phrase is "Chill" and it best describes him. He almost never gets angry, and if he does, you better watch out, because he ain't gonna stop until he's gotten even with you. He also comes off as cold hearted, but that's because he's gotten used to people coming and going in his life, and he doesn't build attachments fast, if at all even. ✖ History What's it like, to grow up without the love of parents? Shinsuke knows. He never knew his parents. They were both killed in a horrible car accident when they were on the way to the hospital to deliver him. They managed to save him, but not his mother or father. He quickly wound up in an orphanage as an infant. He discovered his transmutation powers very early in life, almost soon after he could talk. It would only activate when he was angry, or sad. The first time he did it he was hungry. The orphanage fell short on funding one cold December, and he wanted milk. He cried. He screamed. He slammed things, screaming "I want milk, I want milk, I want MILK!" and with the slam of his pudgy fists a toy sitting around him turned into milk and quickly soaked into the floor. The caretaker saw this, amazed and kept it a secret, thinking it was a blessing from powers high above. As he grew up, he became aware of these weird powers he had, and he began to experiment with them, doing small things, turning a broken old toy into a cool new one he saw on tv. But at age 13, he did his first bad thing. A couple of boys always bullied him for his "power" calling him names and hurting him. The caretaker reassured him, telling him that boy had a heart of ice, and he would always be that way. Unfortunately Shinsuke took it seriously and he decided he would fix this boy's "ice heart". The very next day, Shinsuke was on the swings, minding his own business when the boy with the heart of ice came up to him and began his usual name calling. Shinsuke didn't reply. He just stood up and began to walk towards the boy. "Wha-What are you doing?" the boy asked, fear creeping into his voice. Shinsuke looked at him, smiled and said, "I'm gonna fix your heart!" Shinsuke leaped for him, and grabbed his chest. He imagined heat, warmth, hot enough to melt even the coldest ice. Except the boy didn't become nice. The boy's heart literally shut down and the tissue melted, making his heart inoperable, and he died a very painful death. Shinsuke didn't know what happened. He thought the boy was sleeping. The caretaker came out and began to scream, everything was so loud. There were sirens. Men in police uniforms first, then men in white coats. They took him to a very clean room and sat him down. They took his blood and asked him a bunch of questions. He didn't like this place. He didn't want to be here. They gave him a tattoo of a number below his right ear: 3451. They stuck all kinds of needles in him and it made him hurt. He didn't like it at all. So he decided he would leave. He placed his hands on the wall and imagined in his head as hard as he could, that it was air. And soon enough, the wall shimmered, and disappeared. Even he surprised himself. He began to feel weak, dizzy. He stumbled out, and has been on the run ever since. ✖ Example 'Like lambs to the slaughter, they come.' Madara felt this chakra approaching due to it's familiarity. The boy Uzumaki Naruto had similar chakra. It was more Sage Chakra, and this was a Toad Sage. Madara sighed into his mask. A bit of revenge was in order. If he killed this Sage now, then who could take his place? Nobody. He wouldn't be able to teach anyone his techniques. He was a bit surprised however, when he revealed that he knew Orochikami, and he wondered how He could have spotted his Rinnegan or his Sharingan. Must have been the Sage Chakra. This new child was an idiot. Even if he was a powerful Senjutsu wielder, to go up against two ninja of such caliber was suicidal. And then Madara had to hold back an almost Tobi-like laugh when he saw the weak technique that the Frog Sage employed. Really? Was that his attack? He might as well have yelled at them some more. He saw as Orochikami pulled up Rashoumon. It had been awhile since he had seen one. He nodded to Orochikami and flashed away using his space time technique. Madara was very good at locating things, and soon he found what he was looking for: The shadow clones of the Sage. He materialized in between the two of them, attempting to snap both of their necks with a turn of his hands. A shadow clone of his own hung back with Orochikami, surveying the battle. He wanted to learn about both of these ninja, and what better way to do it then to see it with his own eyes. [Old Naruto RP.] This character is played by Selekah.

And I especially like his ability, and how well it fits in with his history, and in my mind personality also. Speaking of the history, I find it equally interesting that he's already had a run-in with what I assume is the government? Yeah, I daresay he'll have a fair few mutants throughout the roleplay who are eager to have him tell them about his experiences.
