[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width, 500px] [atrb=style,border-top: 10px solid #4477aa;background-color: #222222;] ZACHARIE MARCELLIN VILLENEUVE TWENTY-TWO ✖ MALE ✖ A/PAN-SEXUAL ✖ HUMAN ✖ Personality As many people, he appears nice and friendly and greets everyone with a smile or at least tries too, as long as he knows they're normal humans there is nothing wrong and he even flirts with them at times and making jokes. Nonetheless he doesn't have a lot of friends, surprising many, those he does have are usually concerned over him, afraid that he will hurt himself one time and never being able to return to them. He usually waves these concerns away and doesn't trouble himself with those with the thought that he is a man full grown and could make his own decisions and can defend himself just fine. Underneath that however, is a more subtle side. His hate for mutants is maybe only rivaled by one or two individuals in the entire place that he resides in. There is no apparent reason for this hate, it just is there for many who gets to know this detail. It may be contempt that they got something that he hasn't, or something bad happened in his past. The only knowing the answer is himself and he would not indulge any of it. He is a man that keeps his secret closer than he does his friends and in the worst case, would betray the latter to protect the former. Nonetheless, he doesn't seem to get angry easily. His features would freeze slightly and a cold, thin smile would appear. But he wouldn't curse them back or hurt them back. Often people don't know it's a sign of his anger and thus ignore it. He never has been beyond angry, never has been into a fury, although if he looks toward his father, he supposes that he would have the same berserk-like state who doesn't look who's friend or foe. It's one, and the most important, reason why he's afraid of it and usually leaves before he can get this bad. It's a tactic that has worked many times, no one has held him back yet. There isn't really anyone he holds dear, although he supposes that if he got a partner, that he would protect them with his life. He hopes that they're normal, but he doesn't discriminate against anyone. He prefers men a little more though, because this fear he acts as if he's asexual. He has a few quirks and habits that may be of interest. If he's concentrating and planning to work on something, he puts glasses on his nose and ties his hair up into a short and messy ponytail. He also smokes, this is mostly to calm himself and because he simply likes to have something to hold and put into his mouth. He works undercover in the government and tries to find information about mutants who are hiding, masking it as a mutant sympathizer who makes art of different things in his free time and somewhat as practice for college. ✖ History He was born to a mother who lived him and a father who loathed him, but was luckily gone quite often for his 'mysterious' job. He hated the child that nearly had taken his wife away from him and slapped him around all the time or kicked him out of the way. The young Zacharie knew when his father entered into one of these rages and hid in his room, only to hear his father rage against his mother and often hearing her scream out in pain, in reply. He was too young to understand, but he already know that he disliked the man and wanted him gone. It was when he celebrated his tenth birthday that he discovered his father's secret and the secret behind those rage. The secret why he turned that rage against his mother. The old bastard was a mutant. His eyes widened had of course widened at that and he promised to himself that he never would trust anyone anymore. He started to see all of the mutants the same, monsters who hurt those who cared for them and who had loved them once. His mother had enough of it too and she took him away to live away from the man that she had called husband for fifteen years and moved to a promising little place. It seemed that they where free now of the monsters that had terrorized their family and both often walked together and talked about everything and nothing when she didn't have to work and when he didn't have to go to school. He cared for her, even when he grew more distant as the years went by and had to put more effort in studying, he made sure to keep making time for her at times. He didn't want to abandon her. He met friends for the first time, also those who only used him, usually finding out later that they had been mutants. Ignoring that there also had been normal humans amongst them. In his eyes they couldn't really do something wrong, after all. The freaks should stop tainting humans with their presence. They should disappear and all die. There was one day that horrified him the most was when he returned from college and saw that his mother had been horrible wounded. One of those freaks standing over her and laughing in a sick way that twisted the student's stomach and Zack nearly fell into the rage that had overtaken his father so many times. Zack was quick to grab a knife and attempt to end the monster's life, but the other man escaped and the young man was left to pick her up and rush her to the hospital. She pulled through, but would lose some mobility in her body. It made him promise to her and himself that he would do better, so he could wipe those disgusting things away and made a better world for her, where she wouldn't be hurt anymore. While he's still in college, he managed to grab notice of the government and helps them at times with telling them about locations. He is planning to work there once he's done with college. Planning to train his body to handle different situations when the time calls for it. He doesn't want to be unprepared after all. ✖ Example LOLnope, not anymore. This character is played by [GRIM].
