By doing so he can inflict debilitating pain, memory-loss, a lack of consciousness, and even a catatonic or vegetative state .

And, seeing as he helped free his sister despite her importance to the government and inflicted a lot of damage whilst doing so he'll likely not to be trusted by his handlers and at least be somewhat restricted.[/style]

I guess I'm sort of taking the government angle hardcore. I want a whole hierarchy going on.

The only things that I care about is that he be either in his late thirties or early forties and that his face claim at least looks that way. And also that he be somewhat married to his research. Otherwise have fun doing whatever you like with him ^^

Messaged you what I have so far to you. I turned him into... something else. More of a psychopath, really. But he meets your criteria, his history is in-depth and matches Hadley's, and above all else he's as dangerous as they come.
