I've seen them. I just finished a thread with one of Tabloid's characters, and Fate's characters don't match very well with my own. I just made a new one though.

Methinks an activity check might be in order...
I've got a couple of threads going with Fate. One with Severin that has been active regularly, so I know he's around, too. I haven't yet written with Tabloid, though I'm still considering tossing Cassidy into the Navvi thread in the labs...

 What sort of thing might you have in mind? Cassidy and Leann are my two; Cass is in a couple of threads, though I suspect the one with Severin will be over in the next few posts. Lee's only just come on to the scene and is currently only in the one post with Fate's character, Delilah. >_> I don't think I'm quite ready to have Lee being hunted just yet, nor do I think she's done anything that would put her on anyone's radar right now. Cassidy, on the other hand, is with the DNCS, so it could somehow be charged to her to give information to, or help coordinate a hunt or something with Scimitar, if you like. Since I'm sorta brain dead at the moment, you probably can think of a better idea or two.  ; |

No fears! I'm considering hosting the feared AC!
But it's kinda hard to do anything as being the only admin while there are usually three. ^^;; So cut me some slack if I'm slow/can't do some things.
I think I can safely asume though that Rae and I are working on a mini-event to keep some interest (until Argent comes back, that is) in this site.
But if you guys have any ideas what we can do about this, I'm all ears to hear it. I really, really don't want this site to die. :< Not that it will! As long as I we can help it!
Also, all my characters are up for threads too~<3
Though I have no idea where I should throw them bastards. xDD

Maybe we could start more thread games. I know a few, I could start them.
We should also consider a rule about taking turns while plotting with 2 or more other people: if the person hasn't taken his/her turn and it has been 3 days/5 days/a week/whatever, then the next person can go. It's a little obnoxious when you have two people who are always on this site waiting for someone who is hardly ever on. For one thread I'm in, Amita and Erik Severin have been waiting a week for someone else to take their turn. I'm going to message that person right now, actually, and ask if they know it's their turn.
^^^It's just an idea. We could also do activity checks every other month or so. We could also have a thread in the "Member's Corner" or "Announcements" where members are required to post if they are leaving for a while so that they are not declared "inactive."
One of the things that really drew me to this site was how non-extensive the application had to be, how I was accepted almost instantly, and how I could start plotting right away. Other sites I have been on have not done this, and I don't really like them anymore now that I've found this one XD

I think the Activity Check should take precedence over a mini-site event, honestly. I'm pretty sure there are characters not in pending that I haven't seen put into play at all. Granted, with the population explosion we had, it was a touch difficult to keep up with all the threads, so I may have simply missed some of them. But there are threads, like "Tanning Time" at the Beach, that haven't been replied to in 3/4s of a month. n_n And, hm, I don't think there's any fear in an AC. e_e I mean, if the person has lost interest and doesn't wanna play anymore, that's just the way the die rolls. For the active folks, it'll clean some stuff up and, who knows, maybe re-balance out the human/mutant split? LoL. |

This is true. I find it a little annoying how many ads there are for other sites under "New Topics" and how little open threads there are. We have got to find some way to fix that :/
